Our Story.

REDOK was founded in 2008 in response to Slovenian businesses' need for reliable business document exchange. Today we are part of the OMNIZON NETWORKS group — a regional leader in B2B integrations with a presence in Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, and Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Our technology processes over 35M documents annually, and our network connects 40,000+ organizations. We are ready for ZIERDED and every regulatory change on the horizon.

A small team in Ljubljana, on call every day — connected to the wider Redok / Omnizon Networks group.

Janez Bregar

Authorised signatory (prokurist)

A C-Level professional with long years of experience in a variety of Executive positions. These have provided him with the insight and knowledge to both see and understand the details which many others cannot. A strong mentor and guide for the Slovenian team. Also a member of the Croatian sister company Omnizon Systems d.o.o. — the connecting figure between the Slovenian and Croatian operations of the group.

Head of projects at REDOK EDI in Ljubljana — a long-time professional and technical perfectionist. Collaboration with the group dates back to 2014, when he took over EDI sales, installation and support on the Slovenian market. Which formats do you support?

e-SLOG 2.0 (the official Slovenian standard), UBL 2.1, Peppol BIS 3.0, EDIFACT, XML (custom schemas), JSON, GS1, and all major ERP-specific formats. If your format isn’t on the list, we most likely support it already — contact us.

What about ZIERDED?

REDOK is already prepared for ZIERDED — Slovenia’s upcoming legislation on mandatory electronic exchange of invoices and documents between businesses (B2B), via e-SLOG 2.0 and the Peppol network. Existing customers will be compliant with no extra steps.
