All case studies below are anonymised — individual clients are not explicitly tied to specific figures in the text, because contract details and internal processes fall under NDA.

The figures we quote (implementation time, touchless processing rate, administrative time reduction, ROI period) are aggregated averages across 5-15 projects per sector over the last 10 years. Variability is ± 15-20 % depending on the client’s starting maturity and the integration scope.

02CS-01 — FMCG retail, regional chain

Large regional FMCG chain (300+ stores, 50+ suppliers) with full-EDI integration through the REDOK platform and a Web EDI portal for long-tail suppliers.

ORDERS, ORDRSP, DESADV, INVOIC, RECADV over Peppol AS4 for 18 strategic suppliers; Web EDI portal for 280 transactional and spot suppliers. Master data sync with the ERP every 4 hours.

03CS-02 — Automotive, component supplier

Slovenian automotive component supplier (350 employees, 4 OEM customers in the DACH region) — JIT/JIS delivery, mandatory ASN, VDA and Odette standards.

What we delivered

Direct integration with 4 OEM EDI systems (VDA 4905, VDA 4913, Odette ASN); production sync with JIS pulls at 15-minute intervals. AS2 and AS4 access to the OEMs.

Zero JIT/JIS penalties over 18 months (previously ~12 incidents/year). ASN preparation time -82 %. OEM escalation line triggered 3× in 2 years, all resolved successfully within SLA.

04CS-04 — A1 Slovenija: dropshipping through the Omnizon EDI platform

A1 Slovenija is the leading private provider of telecommunications solutions in Slovenia and is wholly owned by the international telecom group A1 Telekom Austria Group. Over the past two years, with the support of the Omnizon EDI platform, they have successfully introduced a dropshipping model into their online store.

Dropshipping integration between A1’s online store and suppliers via the Omnizon EDI platform. Automatic product updates (changes to prices, stock, specifications, images), with no manual touches.

05CS-05 — Public procurement, e-invoicing for EU funds

Consortium of suppliers on EU-funded projects (construction, IT equipment, consulting) required to issue Peppol BIS e-invoices to public contracting authorities.

SCOPE

What we delivered

REDOK as Peppol AP for issuing BIS Billing 3.0 e-invoices to 70+ public institutions; a sandbox for test issuance before go-live; support for invoicing in foreign currencies (EUR, GBP, CHF).

OUTCOME

Measured outcome

New supplier Peppol onboarding time: 5 business days (certificates included). First-pass e-invoice approval rate: 97 % (previously 70-80 % with frequent corrections). Paper archive for EU audits eliminated.
